"So I got full coverage and two weeks later they called and raised me to $100 a month cause of something on my driving record that was over five years ago. He said as long as I stay away from tickets and such my rate would drop. Well instead it kept getting raised. Now I get a letter in the mail and they raised me another $17 a month and my driving record has been clean. I called a few times and left messages and I never received a call back. So I went and got different insurance a lot cheaper. I called and canceled my insurance with him and they still took out the $165. They said they would contact billing and have the money put back in my account and they didn’t do that either. I had to go to my bank and sign papers so the payment wouldn’t go through. I feel the communication with Paul is very poor"

We ended up calling the office multiple times over the course of 5 business days for something he initially said would “take a couple days”. I would not recommend that branch."
